@Randi Rhodes @GOP I tried to call.  Civil infraction, not misdemeanor. All criminals have the right to an attorney; asylum seekers only have the privilege. Remember to vote in the primaries, 8-28 in FL, as a Democrat or a Republican, to have a say in November. @progvoice
